Programme is subject change and please check timetable boards on site. Limited number will be available to purchase online with your ticket up to 8 weeks before the festival and these will be posted out to you. Programmes will be available to purchase at the ticket gate.
All yoga, workshops and classes (including all activities during the Secret Garden Festival) are undertaken at the individuals own risk. Not all activities are suitable for everyone and Secret Garden Festival are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, illness or death as a result of participation in activity. You must acknowledge that
your health and fitness must be appropriate for the activity and seek medical advice if uncertain or not take part.

We operates a challenge 25 policy at all bars – if you are ordering a drink please make sure you have a valid form of ID listed below:
The following forms of identification are accepted:
• A Passport (not a photocopy)
• An EU Photocard
• Driving Licence
• A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
• A Ministry of Defence identity card
• A National identity card issued by an EU member state
Admissions with a valid ticket only. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove an individual or party from the festival who may be acting in any anti-social way whatsoever. This includes all individuals who are deemed intoxicated, acting in abusive manner to other guests or any member of staff, or participating in any other activities deemed inappropriate by Secret Garden Festival and its staff. No refunds will be issued whatsoever to anyone refused entry or those removed from the festival perimeter.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, refillable water bottle, change of clothing in case of weather - allow jumpers and sun hats as we do live in the UK, love, smiles, hugs and magic.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Alcohol, food (excluding baby food), drugs, legal highs, pets, weapons, disposable BBQs, fire pits, fireworks, sound systems
Refunds are not permitted for any and all purchases under any grounds including cancellations for medical reasons. You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
If for any reason the festival can not go ahead as planned, you will be offered tickets for alternative date.
In addition, you cannot exchange tickets purchased. For example; a weekend ticket cannot be exchanged for a day ticket for a partial refund.
It is recommended your seek insurance for your purchase in case of non-attendance. Further information on your rights are available via the Citizens Advice Website.

WASTE AND RECYCLING
We are aiming to be a low impact festival, as such, we request that wherever possible you use non disposable items (such as refillable water bottles) or recycle any waste in bins provided. Where this is not possible we ask that you take waste home.
Please ensure to write a contact number on your child's wristband. There is a lost child point at the ticket desk, please let your children know what to do if they get lost. Some activities are not suitable for children and will come with parental guidance advised on the programme. We advise ear defenders in the music tent.
First Aid is available throughout the festival - please contact a member of staff if you need any assistance.
Camping and car parking is available on site. Please follow directions from car park volunteers and be respectful to staff and other festival goers
We will hold lost property for 28 days. If you have lost any items please contact us before this time.
The festival site is non smoking - including e-cigarettes however we do offer a designated smoking area
